·         Iso P Glycerol has low VOC content and hence it can used in products which are being exported to EU & US markets.

·         Promises medium lifting of fragrance that lasts longer in comparison to alcohol variants being used. Alcohol based products lift the fragrances fast and generally the top notes are lost within few days of air exposure.

    Cancellation & refund Policy

    If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email at – customersupport@kffindia.com with your order no. within 8 hours of placing the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Goods once sold cannot be taken back, if there any issue please contact on 8530899815 or send an email at customersupport@kffindia.com

    All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and saleable condition.

    Postage/ Shipping Charge, & other processing charges will not be refunded.

    Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

    Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
