Delivery Time ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
We do try our best to dispatch the order within 2 working day from the confirmation of the order
However, it may take 1 or max 2 more additional day depending upon the rush & any other conditions which are beyond our control
Intimation of the dispatch & order tracking
You shall receive the order within 4 to 5 days from the date of dispatch.
Kindly note that we do not make promise for the product to reach you within specified time limit
Payment Terms
You pay what you see, there will not be any additional charges apart from mentioned on the website
The price mentioned includes the product cost, payment gateway charges, taxes & delivery charges (For more than Rs. 1000)
However, in case there is any local, octori charges are applicable at your delivery address, you need to bear that additional cost

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email at customersupport@kffindia.com within 8 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements
Goods once sold are non-returnable, except in cases where the product received is incorrect.
In case an incorrect product is received:
• The customer must share a clear opening video of the parcel, recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
• The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product received.
• Upon receiving the video, we will verify the claim internally.
• Based on our verification, we will take appropriate action, which may include replacement.
Claims raised without an opening video will not be eligible for replacement.

Courier & Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, our responsibility is limited to dispatching the product in proper condition.
Any delay, damage, loss, or mishandling occurring during transit is the responsibility of the courier partner.
However, we will extend reasonable assistance to help the customer raise a complaint with the courier where required.

Refund Method
Where a replacement is approved and a refund is applicable, it will be issued in the form of a one-time-use store credit coupon equivalent to the approved value.
• The coupon must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
• The coupon is redeemable only once on our website.
• Cash, bank, or wallet refunds are not provided.
