Good quality perfume grade ethanol purity also satisfied fast service but courier service is very very bad not delivered proper address very bad experience from courier partner please don't send again such type of courier partner 🙏🙏

    Cancellation & refund Policy

    If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email at – customersupport@kffindia.com with your order no. within 8 hours of placing the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier.     All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and saleable condition.

    Postage/ Shipping Charge, & other processing charges will not be refunded.

    Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
