SMCT is an anionic surfactant with excellent foamability, wetting, emulsifying and softening properties. Is Mild & Non-irritating Taurate surfactant friendly to the tear-free formulation with good foaming performance.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email at customersupport@kffindia.com within 8 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

    Returns & Replacements
    Goods once sold are non-returnable, except in cases where the product received is incorrect.

    In case an incorrect product is received:
    •    The customer must share a clear opening video of the parcel, recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
    •    The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product received.
    •    Upon receiving the video, we will verify the claim internally.
    •    Based on our verification, we will take appropriate action, which may include replacement.
    Claims raised without an opening video will not be eligible for replacement.

    Courier & Delivery Responsibility
    Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, our responsibility is limited to dispatching the product in proper condition.
    Any delay, damage, loss, or mishandling occurring during transit is the responsibility of the courier partner.
    However, we will extend reasonable assistance to help the customer raise a complaint with the courier where required.

    Refund Method
    Where a replacement is approved and a refund is applicable, it will be issued in the form of a one-time-use store credit coupon equivalent to the approved value.
    •    The coupon must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
    •    The coupon is redeemable only once on our website.
    •    Cash, bank, or wallet refunds are not provided.

     

    Product Not Meeting Expectations

    Fragrance perception can vary from person to person.  For this reason any sale that happens is final and if you are unhappy with a product's aromatic profile/performance, we will NEVER entertain any exchange/refund whatsoever.

    To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend ordering the smallest available pack size or our sample kit first. This allows you to properly evaluate the fragrance by conducting a few detailed smell tests & trial applications, before placing a larger order. 

    This ensures you are fully satisfied and confident before making a bulk purchase.
