Kindly confirm if your area is serviceable or not before finalizing the order with us
In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
we do provide facility of COD, on an above purchases of Rs. 2000/-
Delivery Time ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
We do try our best to dispatch the order within 2 working day from the confirmation of the order
However, it may take 1 or max 2 more additional day depending upon the rush & any other conditions which are beyond our control
Intimation of the dispatch & order tracking
You shall receive the order within 4 to 5 days from the date of dispatch.
Kindly note that we do not make promise for the product to reach you within specified time limit
Payment Terms
You pay what you see, there will not be any additional charges apart from mentioned on the website
The price mentioned includes the product cost, payment gateway charges, taxes & delivery charges (For more than Rs. 1000)
However, in case there is any local, octori charges are applicable at your delivery address, you need to bear that additional cost

Cancellation & refund Policy
If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email at – customersupport@kffindia.com with your order no. within 8 hours of placing the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Goods once sold cannot be taken back, if there any issue please contact on 8530899815 or send an email at customersupport@kffindia.com
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and saleable condition.
Postage/ Shipping Charge, & other processing charges will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Kindly note that once we have accepted your request for product return , you will be notify the same from our team & we will provide you with a coupon of the value finalized for return goods, which can be used within 1 financial year that is up to 31st March to purchase product from our website.
