Procedure-
1. Make phase A in a beaker and mix well then heat till you get a uniform solution.
2. Then add the rest of the phases one by one under slow continuous stirring in an interval of 5 minutes.
3. Now adjust the pH at 5.5 using 50 % citric acid solution.
